In the second quarter of 2025, the real-time strategy genre on iOS in Kenya saw varied performances among the top five applications. Here's a closer look at their trends based on data from Sensor Tower.

Tower War - Tactical Conquest from SayGames LTD experienced fluctuating weekly downloads, peaking at 153 in mid-May before declining to 22 by the end of June. The app showed minimal revenue generation throughout the quarter but maintained a relatively stable active user base, reaching a high of 324 users in mid-May.

Voodoo's Mob Control displayed a notable increase in weekly downloads, starting at 12 and climbing to 124 by mid-May, before tapering off. Revenue peaked at $70 during the same period, while active users steadily grew, reaching 279 by early June.

Country Balls: World Battle by Apus Media jsc had modest download numbers, with a peak of 73 in late April. The app did not generate any revenue, and active user numbers fluctuated, peaking at 54 in late April.

Clash Royale from Supercell saw robust revenue growth, particularly in June, where it reached a high of $120. Weekly downloads were moderate, with a peak of 45 in early June. The app maintained a strong active user base, growing from 213 to 298 throughout the quarter.

Lastly, Magic Chess: Go Go by VIZTA PTE. LTD. launched late in the quarter, showing initial download interest at 79 in late May, but saw a decline in active users from 77 to 9, with no revenue reported.
